Everything Everywhere All At Once lideró con 11 nominaciones en total, incluyendo mejor película. All Quiet on the Western Front, Avatar: The Way of Water, The Banshees of Inisherin, Elvis, The Fabelmans, Tár, Top Gun: Maverick, Triangle of Sadness y Women Talking también fueron nominadas al tan prestigio y aclamado premio de mejor película.
