Ya ha comenzado la temporada preferida por muchos cinéfilos, la temporada donde se premia y se reconoce lo mejor de lo mejor que vimos en el cine y streaming durante el año. Son miles las películas que estrenaron durante el año, pero solo pocas serán las premiadas y en la tarde de hoy, se revelaron las nominaciones para los Critics Choice Awards.
Nuestro crítico de cine Fico Cangiano, junto a otros críticos puertorriqueños, nos representan dentro del gremio que durante los últimos años ha tenido un crecimiento increíble y buscan en esta edición convertirse en el comienzo del llamado “Oscar Season”. En esta ocasión, los filmes Belfast y West Side Story dominaron la lista de nominados con 11 nominaciones, mientras Dune y The Power of the Dog consiguieron 10 nominaciones respectivamente.
La transmisión de los Critics Choice Awards se dará a través del canal TBS el próximo 9 de enero desde el hotel Fairmont Century Plaza desde Los Ángeles, California. A continuación el listado completo de nominados.
