La época de premios en Hollywood continúa viento en popa con las tan esperadas nominaciones a los premios Oscars 2026. Luego de comenzar el nuevo año con las ceremonias de los Critics Choice y los Golden Globes, ahora la mirada cae sobre la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas (AMPAS) y los nominados a sus prestigiosos premios. Durante la mañana del jueves, 22 de enero, la Academia revelará sus nominaciones, celebrando así el excelente trabajo de la industria cinematográfica durante el pasado año.

Los ganadores serán anunciados en vivo durante la ceremonia que se llevará a cabo el domingo, 15 de marzo, en el Teatro Dolby en Los Ángeles. El evento será transmitido a través de ABC y Hulu, y contará con el comediante Conan O’Brien, quién repetirá como anfitrión de la ceremonia por segunda ocasión.

Basado en lo que hemos visto durante la época de premios hasta el momento, se espera que películas como One Battle After Another y Sinners lideren el campo en cuestión de nominaciones en las categorías más populares, mientras que cintas como Frankenstein y Hamnet podrían liderar las categorías técnicas (below-the-line).
