Durante el día de ayer se revelaron los nominados a los premios Emmy y la cadena de streaming Netflix estableció un nuevo record de más nominaciones en una ceremonia con 160. Por otra parte, la cadena HBO tuvo 107 nominaciones y siendo la serie limitada Watchmen la serie con más nominaciones este año con 26.

Disney + hizo su debut con The Mandalorian la cual obtuvo 15 nominaciones, incluyendo mejor serie drama. Las series con más nominaciones luego de Watchmen lo son The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel con 20, Succession con 18, Ozark con 18 y Schitt’s Creek con 15.

La ceremonia de los premios Emmys se celebrará el 20 de septiembre con el comediante Jimmie Kimmel como anfitrión.
